Delivery

All orders above $80 will enjoy free delivery.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days after payment is received and verified. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange for delivery. As these are chilled and frozen products, kindly ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the arranged timeslot. Nature's Harvest will not be responsible for any damage or quality deterioration if no one is present.

Orders made after 5pm will only be processed the next working day.

Delivery to more than one location for a single order will incur additional charges at standard rates.

Delivery rates:

  • Next Day Delivery: $15
  • Standard Delivery: $10

Delivery schedule:

  • Day: Tuesdays - Saturdays, except Public Holidays
  • Time: 9am - 7pm

 

Self-collection

Opt for self-collection and payment in store to enjoy 10% off your total bill!

Kindly collect your order within 7 days from the time the order is ready for collection. Orders not collected within 7 days will be auto-cancelled. Walk-in to collect any time during our opening hours. Show your order confirmation during collection. No minimum spend required.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as logistics issues, supplier shortages, or items going out of stock unexpectedly. In such cases, we will reach out to customers to provide options, such as splitting the order or canceling items that may require extended fulfillment time.

If you have an urgent order for an item, please contact our customer service via live chat, email or Whatsapp to confirm whether the item is in stock before placing your order.


配送服务

所有订单满 $80 可享免费配送服务。

订单将在收到并确认付款后 2-3 个工作日内发货。我们会通过 Email 或 WhatsApp 与您联系，安排送货时间。由于这些是冷藏和冷冻产品，请确保在约定的时间段内有人接收货物。如无人接收，Nature's Harvest 将不对任何损坏或质量问题负责。

下午 5 点后下的订单将于下一个工作日处理。

如需将单个订单配送至多个地点，将根据标准费率收取额外费用。

配送费率：

  • 次日送达：$15
  • 标准送达：$10

配送时间表：

  • 日期：周二至周六（不包括公共假期）
  • 时间：上午 9 点至下午 7 点

 

自取服务

选择自取并在门店付款可享总金额 10% 的折扣！

请在订单准备好后的 7 天内完成自取。未在 7 天内取走的订单将自动取消。您可在我们的营业时间内随时前来领取，并出示订单确认信息即可。无需最低消费金额。

 

注意事项

请在结账前确保已正确选择所需商品。如需在发货前修改订单，可通过在线聊天功能或发送电子邮件至 hello@naturesharvestsg.com 联系我们的客服团队。

由于物流问题、供应商材料短缺或商品在下单过程中意外售罄等原因，可能会导致配送延迟。在这种情况下，我们会联系客户，提供分单或取消需要较长时间的商品的选项。

如需紧急订购某商品，请通过在线聊天、Email 或 WhatsApp 联系我们的客服，确认商品是否有现货后再下单。
